| Cindy Flux | Cindy Crawford |
Directed by Peter Chung
The creator of Aeon Flux directed this commercial spot for Diet Pepsi.
It was made during an impossibly short schedule for airing on Superbowl Sunday.
Apparently it was a little too over-the-top for them and only aired later rarely on MTV and was never to be seen again.
It has not shown up on any home video VHS or DVD release of any Mtv or Aeon Flux collection.

Text: Etats Unis USA 1996
Cindy Crawford is sitting alone in a stone room on a large green chair with
wooden arm rests. An open curtain billows behind her providing the only sunlight in
the room. In front of her is a massive white marble statue broken on the
floor. We hear footsteps coming then Malcolm walks in the room in all black and sets down a
can of Diet Coke next to Cindy. She stares at it and says nothing.
Malcolm: "Something wrong?"
Cindy: "You mean you don't know?"
Malcolm: "Help me?"
Cindy: "I'll help myself."
Malcolm smiles and Cindy turns into the animated Cindy Flux who jumps out a window,
grabs on a bar, spins around lands on a platform with an animated Malcolm giving chase.
She runs through a tunnel and jumps in a car as missiles and explosions hit the
road in front of her causing her car to fly off the road. She leaps off at the last second landing
a platform. Another jump takes her to an ice cavern where a can of Diet Pepsi is on a large block of ice.
Her car crashes behind her in a fiery wreck. She picks
it up the can reads "For Best Taste - drink by date on the bottom of the
can." She opens it up and pours it into her mouth. When the can reaches her
face it changes back to live action.
Malcolm: "Now I know you are crazy."
Cindy: "No. Now you know what I want...by the way clean up this mess."
She walks out.
